Buick Nailhead 364 401 425 Rear Sump Oil Pan 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 Gs

Cleaned, blasted and sprayed on the outside with some primer. This pan is stock on'57-'58 364 engines. Will fit'59-'61 364 and 401 but this pan has drain plug on the front edge of the sump instead of on the bottom. Will also fit nailhead engines in A-body'65-'66 Skylark GS. Will also fit'62-'66 401 and 425 full-size engines but not in stock chassis (those have a center sump pan). Good for rod and custom installations where a rear sump pan is necessary. Some small surface dents, distortions and marks. Bottom of outside sump area has surface rust pitting (pic #3), rest of outside of pan is pretty decent. Inside of pan has some surface rust pitting (pics #6-#10).

I blasted the inside with fresh glass beads and it seems like I should have used some more powdery media to get into the bottom of the pits. You might be able to remove most of the inside pitting with an agressive scotchbrite pad on a die grinder. None of the pitting penetrates completely through the metal. Drain plug is missing the gasket.
